About Me and the Blog

This is the first post of a blog I plan on devoting mostly to documenting my baking. Baking has developed into a new passion of mine and I thought it may be worthwhile to keep track of all of the things I make.

This blog will not be limited to food, however, as I will surely post about all the things I will be compelled to.

It would be cliche to start listing all of my interests as if to prove myself a “Renaissance woman.” Suffice to say, there are many of them… interests, I mean. Perhaps my most steadfast passions have been history and politics. Recently, however, I have discovered that I need different outlets, and have therefore begun to explore photography, and of course, food!
